For this project, we selected Siberian larch in IA grade, a minimally knotted selection that creates a clean and uncluttered look. The planks are planed and feature rounded corners (R3) on all sides (S4), giving the ceiling a high-quality finish.
The dimensions of the planks are 20x90mm.
For a ceiling application like this, a stable and light-colored wood species is essential. Siberian larch of this quality is an excellent choice: it has minimal movement, is easy to work with, and retains its sleek appearance over the long term.
The chosen finish with Woca Diamond White Wash enhances this effect. It keeps the wood light and fresh, while the grain remains visible. This creates a more spacious feel in the room without making it feel cold. Additionally, the treatment prevents any discoloration of the wood.
