Not exactly what you expected?
We care deeply about our products and do everything we can to deliver them in top condition. That is important to us, and we are committed to it 110%. Still, it can happen that something does not go exactly as planned. If that’s the case, let’s look at the cause together and, more importantly, find a solution.
Please email a clear description of your complaint to info@housewood.com and we will contact you.
Since 15 February 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform. This platform can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to submit it via the European Union’s platform.
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt, without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the order. You will then be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return shipping costs from you to us are at your own expense.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.
To exercise this right, please contact us via info@housewood.com. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days after your return has been registered, provided the product has been received in good condition. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to assess the product, we may charge you for this depreciation. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
Exceptions to returns
Returning an order to Housewood is not possible when:
The order concerns custom-made products
The delivered products have been processed or modified
The delivered products have been damaged due to actions by the customer
