What is Thermo Ash?

Thermo Ash is European ash that undergoes a chemical-free thermal modification process. By heating the wood to approximately 215°C using steam, the cell structure is permanently enhanced. This significantly increases durability and dimensional stability, resulting in performance comparable to tropical hardwood, but with a substantially lower environmental footprint. It is the ideal choice for projects where aesthetics, performance and ecological responsibility come together.
