🌿 Durability class I/II
✨ Subtle V-joint for a clean look
🏡 Suitable for façades, ceilings, canopies & fencing
🪵 Tongue-and-groove connection
💧 Moisture & weather resistant
🌤️ Naturally greying or UV-finished colour retention
♻️ Sustainable alternative to tropical hardwood
The fine groove with a subtle V-joint creates a calm and sleek linear effect, perfectly suited for both horizontal and vertical applications. Thanks to its smart tongue-and-groove profile, the boards fit seamlessly together, resulting in an elegant finish with a light shadow gap. Ideal as façade cladding, but also highly suitable for canopies, ceilings, and fencing.
Made from African Fraké wood, which achieves durability class I/II through thermal modification. When left untreated, it will develop a beautiful, even grey patina over time. To preserve its original warm tone, a UV-protective finish can be applied.
What is Thermo Fraké?
Thermo Fraké is sustainably enhanced tropical wood sourced from the African Fraké tree (Limba). Through a chemical-free thermal modification process, the wood is heated to approximately 215°C. This treatment significantly improves durability, dimensional stability, and natural resistance to moisture and fungi. Thermo Fraké combines the warm appearance of tropical hardwood with an environmentally friendly production process — ideal for sustainable architectural projects.
