In Eelderwolde, this stylish newly built home was completed in mid-2025, in which Thermo Fraké plays an important role in the design’s appearance. The thermally modified Fraké wood gives the house a warm, natural look and creates a striking contrast with the gray-colored bricks. Thanks to the thermal modification, the wood is not only aesthetically appealing but also durable, dimensionally stable, and highly resistant to weather conditions.
For this home, a barcode arrangement was chosen with three different board sizes: 20×66mm, 20×90mm, and 20×115mm. The rounded corners (R3) give the house a soft appearance. Thanks to the Natural Tone color, the wood will retain its color, and it has also been treated to be fire-retardant (fire class D).
