For this project, thermally modified Ayous was used in a Triple Rhombus profile. Thanks to the thermal modification, the wood is highly dimensionally stable and durable, making it ideal for outdoor applications such as façades and overhangs. The finish with Woca Teak oil enhances the natural wood color and gives the entire structure a warm, elegant appearance, while keeping the wood well protected against weather influences.
The continuous use of the wood on both the façade and the overhang creates a sense of calm and unity in the design. Combined with the sleek architecture of the poolhouse, this results in a stunning yet refined whole, where functionality and aesthetics come together beautifully.
