These five terraced houses in Groningen are clad with Thermo Fraké on the front façade. This gives the entire row a uniform look! The boards are mounted horizontally, giving the façades a calm and modern appearance. The wood is also left untreated, so it will grey naturally over time.
Thermo Fraké is highly durable when left untreated. Thanks to the thermal modification process, the wood is stable, weather-resistant, and low-maintenance. All five façades were installed untreated, and the first boards are already showing a light silvery-grey discoloration from weathering.
