New Facade for Restaurant “De Blauwe Beugel”

The “De Blauwe Beugel” project involves the renovation of a restaurant with an event space. The structure of the existing building will remain intact; the walls and roof will be dismantled. The building will then be rebuilt and refurbished for its new use.

We were responsible for the facade on this project.

Our advice

This use of wood contributes to significant CO₂ storage within the structure—amounting to 51,364 kilograms of CO₂ in this project. This makes the Blauwe Beugel not only an inviting venue for guests and events, but also a concrete example of how building with wood contributes to a more sustainable built environment.
