Ayous Closed Barcode is part of our popular Vario cladding system, consisting of four different types. Unlike open façade profiles, this closed version offers a dense finish with subtle grooves that visually create the effect of battens in varying widths. The result is a modern and luxurious façade with rhythm and depth, without open joints.

The integrated tongue-and-groove connection ensures fast and precise installation while minimising the risk of distortion. It is ideal for façades, canopies or high-end fencing applications. By combining different Vario types, you can create a dynamic barcode pattern that brings your façade to life.

What is Ayous?

Ayous is a lightweight tropical hardwood from West Africa, valued for its fine texture and warm appearance. Through thermal modification, the wood becomes more durable and dimensionally stable without the use of chemicals. Its natural ageing process creates an elegant grey patina, making it highly suitable for contemporary façade applications.
